Xinyou Hang On Wall Double Sponge Filter

Product details

Xinyou Hang On Wall Double Sponge Filter is a hang-on aquarium sponge filtration system designed to provide both mechanical and biological filtration. The double-sponge layout helps create more surface area for beneficial bacteria to colonize, supporting biological filtration in your tank. Because it uses sponges rather than impeller intake, it can be a practical choice for breeding or raising small or fry-stage fish, where you may want to reduce the risk of trapping young fish. Use it as a sponge-based filter in suitable freshwater setups up to the listed tank-size limit.

Features:

• Provides mechanical and biological filtration using sponge media
• Offers an ideal location for beneficial bacteria to colonize and support biological filtration
• Uses sponge filtration rather than an intake that can trap small fish or fry
• Suitable for breeding and spawning discus, dwarf cichlids, guppies, and killifish (as a filtration option)
• Hang-on wall style makes it a convenient add-on without replacing your entire tank filtration setup

Specifications:

• Max Tank Size: 10 Gallons
• Dimensions: 5"L x 1.8"W x 5.5"H
