Xinyou Hang On Wall Double Sponge Filter Large

Product details

Xinyou Hang On Wall Double Sponge Filter Large is a hang-on sponge filter designed to provide both mechanical and biological filtration in your aquarium. The sponge surface supports beneficial bacterial colonization, helping process waste while the water passes through the filter. It’s especially useful in breeding and spawning setups where you want filtration without trapping fish fry.

Features:

• Supports mechanical filtration by trapping suspended particles as water flows through the sponge
• Provides biological filtration by creating an ideal surface for beneficial bacteria to colonize
• Designed for hang-on wall placement to simplify setup compared with internal-only filters
• Helps reduce fry risk, as this type of sponge filter does not trap fish fry
• Well suited for breeding and spawning tanks for Discus, Dwarf cichlids, guppies, and killifish
• Practical choice when you want stable, bacteria-friendly filtration in smaller systems
