Kolar Labs DI Resin Indicator (3.4kg, 7.5lb) is a mixed-bed deionization resin media designed for use as a final polishing step after an RO membrane. In practical aquarium terms, it helps drive dissolved solids (TDS) down to extremely low levels for ultra-pure water production for both freshwater and saltwater systems, as well as RO filtration setups and related pond use. The “indicator” formula is made to support monitoring of resin exhaustion by changing color as it’s used, so you can replace or service the DI stage when performance declines.
