Florida Dry Reef Rock Per Pound ( MIN ORDER OF 50 POUND )

Product details

Florida Dry Reef Rock Per Pound ( MIN ORDER OF 50 POUND ) is a dry, aragonite reef rock mined in Florida and sold by the pound in a 50-pound minimum order. It’s intended for aquariums that want to build a natural rockscape: you can stack the pieces for structure, then let the tank’s established biology colonize the rock over time. Because this is dry rock (not already living rock), it’s typically used to help establish or expand surface area for beneficial microorganisms during cycling and after.

Features:

• Made from very porous aragonite reef rock for strong surface area
• Hand selected pieces for easy, attractive stacking
• Professionally cleaned and prepared as a dry rock to start your aquascape
• Designed to be “ready to use” in the sense that it’s shipped as dry, cleaned rock
• Aragonite composition supports a reef-style base substrate for marine aquariums
• Once introduced and cycled, it can become colonized by aquarium life over time
