Aqua Excel-P2 Media Reactor w/ Pump is a compact aquarium media reactor designed to run phosphate adsorbent and/or activated carbon in a controlled, tumbling flow. Using the included pump, the reactor helps circulate chemical filtration media so it can be efficiently used for water polishing and odor control in established marine and freshwater systems (media choice and replacement follow your media manufacturer’s guidance). The “P2” style reactor is commonly used by aquarists who want a dedicated housing for chemical media rather than passive bag filtration.
