Ultima II 4,000 Filter 2" Inlet/Outlet – Aqua Uv is a biomechanical filter designed to support aquatic life in aquaculture facilities, backyard ponds, or large aquarium systems by helping remove ammonia and accumulated debris. By maintaining effective biological filtration, the filter’s patented media provides a large biofilm surface area where beneficial bacteria can grow. Those bacteria convert ammonia into less harmful compounds, while the media bed also helps trap solids so waste can be cleared during routine backwashing.
