Ultima II 30,000 Filter 3″ Side Mount Inlet/Outlet – Aqua Uv

Product details

Ultima II 30,000 Filter 3" Side Mount Inlet/Outlet – Aqua Uv is a biomechanical pond filtration system designed to support aquatic life at aquaculture facilities, backyard ponds, or large aquarium-style setups. It combines biological filtration with mechanical solids removal so beneficial bacteria can help convert ammonia into harmless compounds while a dense bed of ridged media captures debris. For practical use, this filter is built to reduce accumulated waste in the water and to help maintain clearer, healthier conditions by managing both dissolved waste and suspended solids.

Features:

• Patented media provides a high biofilm surface area to support beneficial bacterial growth
• Biofiltration helps convert ammonia into harmless compounds as part of the nitrification process
• Dense bed of ridged media traps solids without clumping
• Internal jets support backwash by separating trapped waste from the media and sending it to the waste line
• Backwash is performed simply by rotating the valve
• Sized for pond systems up to 30,000 gallons (as stated by the manufacturer reference)

Specifications:

• Product type: Biomechanical filter (biological + solids removal)
• Inlet/Outlet: 3" Side Mount
• System capacity: Up to 30,000 gallon pond (manufacturer reference)
