Ultima II 2,000 Filter 2″ Inlet/Outlet – Aqua Uv

Product details

Ultima II 2,000 Filter 2" Inlet/Outlet – Aqua Uv is a biomechanical pond filtration unit designed to support aquatic life by helping remove accumulated debris and converting ammonia into less harmful compounds through biological filtration. In practical use, it combines mechanical solid trapping with biological processing so your system can better handle fish waste and suspended material. The patented media provides a large biofilm surface for beneficial bacteria that carry out nitrification.

Features:

• Patented media is designed to provide a high biofilm surface area for beneficial bacterial growth
• Supports ammonia conversion into harmless compounds via beneficial bacteria (nitrification)
• Ridged media helps trap solids without clumping, supporting more consistent debris handling
• Internal jets activate during backwash to help separate waste from the media
• Backwash is performed by rotating the valve, sending collected waste out through the waste line
• Built for pond setups with a stated capacity of up to 2,000 gallons

Specifications:

• Inlet/Outlet Connection: 2" (2-inch) inlet/outlet
• Stated Pond Capacity: Up to 2,000 Gal
• Backwash Operation: Rotate the valve to initiate backwash; internal jets separate waste from media and route it to the waste line
