Seachem Tidal Filter 75Gal

Product details

Seachem Tidal Filter 75Gal (6501) is a Sicce-made, high-capacity power filter designed to provide comprehensive mechanical and biological filtration using your choice of filtration media. It uses a self-priming pump and a media basket arrangement meant to send water through the basket for thorough contact with bio-media, helping you run a cleaner, clearer aquarium with less day-to-day hassle. The practical use is simple: set the unit up in your tank system, choose and load media in the removable basket, then adjust the flow to match your aquarium and livestock needs.

Features:

• Self-priming pump helps eliminate priming hassles and can automatically restart after a power outage.
• Dual water intake with surface skimmer helps capture surface oils and floating debris, while a telescoping intake pipe can pull water from different tank levels.
• Fully adjustable flow and an adjustable intake flow dial let you tune performance to your aquarium setup.
• Maintenance monitor redirects water around clogged media and raises a maintenance alert to indicate when cleaning is needed.
• No-mess maintenance: the fully removable filter basket snaps into the lid for easier, drip-free transport to a sink or hose.
• Bottom-to-top flow pushes water up through the basket so water contacts filter media rather than bypassing it.
• Self-cleaning, corrosion-proof impeller is designed for both freshwater and saltwater systems.
• Includes Seachem Matrix™ bio-media to get you started, and the basket is made to hold filtration media of your choice.
