Seachem Tidal 35 Matrix 160mL (6583) is a high-porosity biomedia intended for biological filtration in aquarium systems that use Seachem’s Tidal filter format. Matrix™ provides additional surface area where beneficial bacteria can colonize, helping convert nitrogenous waste during the aquarium’s nitrogen cycle. Practically, this makes it useful as replacement media and as supplemental media to support efficient biofiltration when running or maintaining a tank’s filtration.
