Seachem Safe is a complete and concentrated dry water conditioner for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It’s used to condition newly added water by neutralizing common harmful compounds and supporting safer water quality for fish and other tank life during routine water changes and start-up.

Features:

• Removes chlorine and chloramine from tap water
• Helps detoxify ammonia by converting it into a safe, non-toxic form that is readily removed by the tank’s biofilter
• May be used during tank cycling to help alleviate ammonia/nitrite toxicity
• Detoxifies nitrite and nitrate to allow the biofilter to work more efficiently
• Non-acidic and designed not to impact pH
• Will not overactivate skimmers
• Also works when starting a tank and whenever adding or replacing water
