Seachem Coral Plugs Large

Product details

Seachem Coral Plugs Large (1507) are chemically advanced coral mounting plugs designed to provide a stable platform for mounting and/or grow-out of coral fragments and colonies. In an aquarium setting, they’re used to help keep attached coral pieces secure in the tank while you build out a coral collection. These plugs are commonly used across reef systems to support propagation and consolidation of sessile invertebrates, including SPS and LPS corals, as well as other encrusting and colonial organisms that benefit from secure attachment points.

Features:

• Provides a stable mounting and/or grow-out platform for coral fragments and colonies
• Enhanced with calcium and magnesium to support coral mounting stability and growth conditions
• Designed to be suitable for mounting SPS and LPS coral, and also works for soft corals, colonial polyps, and other sessile invertebrates
• Plugs are engineered to mesh together tightly, helping create a connected layout within many coral culture systems
• Can be used to support the spread or expansion of certain colonial corals from plug to plug in appropriate setups
