Seachem Catappa Tea Bags 12 Pack (6)

Product details

Seachem Catappa Tea Bags 12 Pack (6) are aquarium water care tea bags made from Indian almond (Terminalia catappa) leaves. You can use them to gently condition aquarium water for species that benefit from darker, leaf-litter “blackwater” style environments, helping create a more natural habitat feel for many freshwater aquariums (commonly including bettas, shrimp, and other small inhabitants).

Features:

• Helps replicate natural environments with leaf-litter/blackwater influences
• Aids in maintaining lower pH as the tea helps condition the water
• Gently tints water for dark or blackwater setups
• Mimics acidic habitat conditions associated with leaf litter
• Provides surfaces and a natural-feeding environment that can support beneficial micro-organisms in the aquarium
• Useful as a simple, contained way to introduce catappa leaf tea into an aquarium
