Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Tube

Product details

Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Tube (7078) is a shrimp enrichment accessory designed to give small shrimp, fish, and other tank animals extra hiding space. In aquarium setups, many small animals benefit from additional seclusion to help reduce stress and avoid predation, and shrimp can especially use dark or enclosed areas during vulnerable moments such as molting and egg-bearing. In store sale only. Use this tube as a dedicated refuge within the aquarium so shrimp can choose their own safe spots when needed.

Features:

• Creates refuge space to help small shrimp, fish, and other animals feel secure and reduce predation risk
• Provides protection during molting when shrimp are more vulnerable
• Offers seclusion that can be helpful for shrimp during the breeding cycle
• Adds additional surface area where fine algae and/or bio-film can develop
• Can support natural grazing opportunities by contributing bio-film/algae inside or around the refuge
• Encourages natural behavior by giving animals a dark, enclosed area to retreat to
