MarinePure Fresh Gems 50g

Product details

MarinePure Fresh Gems 50g (605025) is filter media designed to be placed inside a aquarium filtration system to support biological filtration. It provides a large amount of open surface area where beneficial bacteria can grow, helping your system process waste and manage nitrogen compounds. In practice, you use it as an additional (or replacement) component within your filter, typically after mechanical filtration so that the media stays more effective and doesn’t clog as quickly with fine debris. It’s intended for use in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.

Features:

• Use inside your filter system as biological media to support beneficial bacteria
• High surface area and open porosity to help maximize beneficial bacteria growth
• Helps reduce ammonia and nitrites and may reduce nitrates
• Designed to be inert and chemically stable
• Best results are achieved when placed after your system’s mechanical filter
• Comes in a size intended for routine aquarium filtration capacity (based on the provided 50 g / 40 gallon guidance)
