Hikari Frozen Daphnia (3.5oz) Cube

Product details

Hikari Frozen Daphnia (3.5oz) Cube is a frozen “water flea” food made from Daphnia. This cube-style frozen food is designed for feeding small, meaty morsels to aquarium fish—especially fry and small-mouthed species—and it can also be used as part of a medicating routine, when you want fish to readily accept food. General use: thaw and feed portions appropriate for the tank’s inhabitants, removing uneaten food as needed to help maintain water quality.

Features:

• 3-step sterilization process intended to improve product quality
• Free of harmful bacteria, harmful parasites, and foul odors (per product process claims)
• Bio-Pure frozen format packed in pure water to help minimize mess
• “No touch” cube pack design intended to reduce handling
• Bio-encapsulated with multi-vitamins, with vitamins intended to be in the animal rather than the water
• Similar in concept to gut loading, supporting a more complete feed
• Processed through a “mega-power freezer” to help retain natural color, natural shape, and nutritional benefits
