DISCUS Bio-Gold 2.82oz – Hikari

Product details

DISCUS Bio-Gold 2.82oz – Hikari is a discus-focused pellet food designed to support feeding for both finicky eaters and juvenile or wild-caught discus. In practice, this slow-sinking pellet format is meant to stay in the normal feeding zone long enough for discus to eat, then soften as it absorbs water for texture that many discus respond to.

Features:

• Contains natural ingredients such as krill and silkworm pupa to encourage ready acceptance, including among finicky eaters
• Includes bio-chemically synthesized color-enhancing carotenoids intended to support vivid, natural-looking coloration while avoiding negative effects on existing bluish tones
• Uses a balanced combination of premium natural ingredients and lipids to promote desirable form and growth—without relying on live foods
• Pellet size and slowly sinking behavior are designed to suit the normal feeding action of discus, including juveniles and wild-caught specimens
• Absorbs water quickly, becoming soft with a worm-like texture while helping the pellet retain its shape
