Chemi-pure Boyd ChemiClean 2g – Treatment for Cyanobacteria is an aquarium medication designed to help treat cyanobacteria and the visible “stains” associated with it. In practical terms, it’s used when you’re seeing blue-green (and other common cyanobacteria) growth in the tank, including in marine (saltwater) systems. The product is applied with the system’s oxygen and filtration adjusted during treatment, then followed up with a partial water change after the treatment window.
