AI Hydra Aquarium LED

Product details

The "AI Hydra Aquarium LED" is an aquarium lighting fixture designed for reef keeping, providing controllable, high-efficiency LED illumination for your tank. It uses AI’s myAI® mobile app for programming and offers dedicated moonlight capability. In practice, the Hydra line is intended to deliver improved light output and color mixing while remaining more capable of handling the moisture-rich environment common to aquariums (not waterproof).

Features:

• Redesigned plastics improve efficiency and help reduce the demand on active cooling for longer component life
• More streamlined fixture profile to reduce the unit’s presence over the aquarium
• Not waterproof, but design updates make it more capable of handling moisture-rich reef keeping conditions
• Dedicated moonlight LED and channel on Hydra 32HD and Hydra 64HD for independent lunar-style lighting
• myAI® app control with onsite direct BLE connection via a smart device
• Improved optics and output using more LEDs, TIR lenses, and clustered LED blending to reduce color separation
• HD functionality can route power not in use by one color channel into another color channel
