4” Aerated Bottom Drain – Evolution Aqua is a plumbing fitting made to pull water from the bottom of an aquarium sump or drain setup while adding aeration through an included air inlet and aeration disc. It’s designed for use with 4-inch bottom drain plumbing and supports a practical, retrofit-friendly installation that uses a side-mount aeration line rather than routing an aeration pipe from the bottom pipe itself.

Features:

• Built from heavy duty Schedule 80 PVC for durability in aquarium plumbing applications.
• 4” horizontal pipe fitting for connecting to 4-inch drain/pipe runs.
• Includes a 1” side mount aeration pipe fitting, which is generally easier to apply than a bottom pipe aeration approach.
• Center standpipe can be adjusted to help align the drain assembly in the sump/bottom drain configuration.
• Threaded underside connection for the aeration plate, with guidance to glue into the underside/bottom drain base connection.
• Complete assembly includes the 4” bottom drain base with a 1” air inlet, plus a liner ring, stainless steel screws, and the aeration disc with plate.
