Seachem Nourish 100mL (1485) is a vitamin, amino acid, and trace element supplement designed to help meet nutritional needs that can become limiting in long-term closed aquarium systems. It uses a heavy base of spirulina and chlorella and includes potassium iodide as an iodine source. Iodine is required for the biosynthesis of thyroid hormones (thyroxine and triiodothyronine).
