Grech Hang On UV Filter 40-70 Gallons 317gph

Product details

Grech Hang On UV Filter 40-70 Gallons 317gph is a hang-on UV sterilizer designed for aquarium use where you want to help reduce free-floating algae and pathogens in the water column. It uses ultraviolet (UV) light together with a pump-driven flow path, allowing tank water to pass through the UV chamber and then return to the aquarium. This can be useful as part of routine aquarium maintenance alongside good filtration, regular water changes, and stable water parameters.

Features:

• Hang-on design for convenient installation on the aquarium rim
• UV sterilization to treat water as it flows through the unit
• Includes an integrated pump to move water through the UV chamber
• Rated for aquariums in the 40–70 US gallon range (per the product listing)
• Flow rating of 317 gph supports continuous turnover through the UV stage
• Best suited for ongoing maintenance of water clarity and bio-control (as general UV sterilizer guidance)
• Pairs naturally with mechanical and biological filtration for a complete system
