About this coral
About this coral
Ultron Micromussa is an LPS coral in the genus Micromussa, sold for reef aquariums where aquarists want a hardy-looking, centerpiece-style coral that can also respond to feeding. In practice, it’s used to add textured, meaty coral growth and color variation to a saltwater tank, while still being realistic for routine LPS husbandry such as stable water quality and occasional targeted feedings.
Features:
- LPS coral type (Micromussa) with a fleshy, polyp-based look that benefits from consistent care
- Typically does best under moderate light conditions, making it suitable for many reef layouts without blasting brightness
- Often responds positively to feeding, which can support polyp expansion and overall health
- Usually prefers moderate, indirect water movement to help keep the tissue clear without strong blasting flow
- Works well in aquascapes where you can provide stable placement and easy access for maintenance
Specifications:
