In practice, it’s a focal-point coral valued for its fleshy tentacles and for bringing motion and visual texture to a reef-style aquarium. As with Euphyllia corals, the most important day-to-day consideration is providing the right balance of light and water movement so the coral can feed effectively and maintain healthy polyp extension.
