ASD Rainbow Peppermint Acan Lord

About this coral

ASD Rainbow Peppermint Acan Lord is an LPS coral sold by that shop under the common name “Acan Lord,” in the Acropora? no—this is an Acanthastrea-type LPS coral. It’s a reef aquarium centerpiece coral appreciated for its fleshy, textured polyps and for the way it responds to feeding. In practice, hobbyists use corals like this to add bold, stable LPS color and movement to the lower or mid-aquarium rockwork, while relying on targeted feeding to support healthy growth.

Features:

• LPS coral with fleshy polyps that benefit from regular feeding
• Generally suited to moderate lighting conditions for LPS
• Works well as a show coral on established rock where it can extend feeding tentacles
• Typically grows and maintains appearance best when kept in a consistent reef environment
• A good choice for reef keepers who enjoy observing feeding response and maintaining a feeding routine
