Algae Free Acrylic-Safe Pads for all Piranha & Hammerhead cleaners are replacement pads designed for use with compatible Piranha and Hammerhead cleaning tools. These acrylic-safe surfaces help you remove algae and buildup while protecting acrylic tank walls from aggressive contact. The kit includes outer felt protection, inner scrubbing pads sized for the cleaner assembly, and a non-toxic Velcro component that holds the acrylic-safe pads in place.

• Placement guidance: Use only on interior submerged surfaces of acrylic aquariums; do not use on the exterior (it can scratch).
• Installation (felt): Remove old felt/adhesive; use 100 grit sandpaper to remove remaining residue; peel and stick new felt and allow ~6 hours to adhere properly
• Installation (Velcro): Peel off old Velcro and peel-and-stick the new Velcro pad onto the inner assembly
• Installation (acrylic-safe pad): Remove worn pad from inner Velcro, cut new pad to size, and press onto the Velcro holder
