Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Small Hut

Product details

Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Small Hut (7076) is an aquarium enrichment accessory designed to give small shrimp and other small tank animals secure seclusion. In community and breeding situations, these animals often look for dark, sheltered spaces to reduce stress and lessen the chances of predation. This hut can also provide additional surface area where fine algae and/or bio-film may develop, which many small shrimp can graze on naturally.

Features:

• Creates a refuge that small shrimp and other small animals can retreat to for seclusion
• Helps reduce stress by offering hiding cover during periods of vulnerability
• Provides protection after molting, when shrimp may be more exposed
• Offers seclusion support during the breeding cycle, including for female shrimp carrying eggs
• Acts as a substrate where fine algae and/or bio-film can develop as a natural food source
