Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Dome

Product details

Seachem Aquavitro Shrimp Dome (7079) is an aquarium enrichment accessory designed to provide small shrimp with safe, secluded shelter. In aquariums, shrimp may seek darker hiding areas to reduce stress and avoid predation, and they often benefit from added refuge during sensitive times such as molting and breeding. This dome-style structure can also serve as a surface where fine algae and/or bio-film develop, offering a natural grazing option for many small shrimp.

Features:

• Helps create refuge to ease stress and avoid predation
• Provides protection during molting when shrimp are more vulnerable
• Offers seclusion support during the breeding cycle
• Provides additional surface area where fine algae and/or bio-film can develop as a natural food source
• Encourages shrimp to choose sheltered areas at times they naturally seek cover
