Features
The Sur-Cool thermal pad is cut to perfectly fit in between a COB LED such as a CREE CXB3590 and a heatsink. Please remove the plastic film on BOTH sides of the pad before use
Like thermal grease a thermal pad will help transfer heat to the heatsink and away from the COB/LED
Thermal pads provide less mess, uniform heat distribution, are slightly tacky for easier installation and won’t dry out
