Address Correction:
Please verify that the shipping address you provide—including the zip code and suite/apt number—is accurate. If UPS returns an address correction, we will notify you and charge your account the same amount that was billed to us.
Sea Side Aquatics offers free drop shipping to all approved accounts for their end users. We can ship via UPS or USPS, and we will work with you to find the best pricing. You may also choose to ship using your own UPS or FedEx account (note that for FedEx shipments, you must supply the shipping label). Additionally, we can ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail to help reduce costs. However, please note that we do not guarantee delivery or accept responsibility for lost packages when shipping with USPS.
Drop Shipments:
Please note there is no minimum requirement for drop shipments. However, keep in mind the following:
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are your responsibility and will be billed accordingly.
- Buyer Issues: We are not responsible for any disputes between you and the buyer regarding fraud, scams, or order cancellations after the package has been shipped.
- Fraudulent Claims: If you notify us of suspected fraud while the package is in transit, we will attempt to recover the item. However, there is no guarantee, and you will be responsible for any extra charges incurred by the shipping company.
- Delivered Packages: Once a package is delivered, no refunds or further actions can be taken.
- Signature Confirmation: Unless you specify otherwise, orders will be shipped using the standard shipping method without signature confirmation. If you require signature confirmation, please advise us and provide a valid telephone number.
- Non-Receipt Claims: We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered via tracking but are later claimed as not received by the customer.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of arrival.
- Returns for drop shipments are not accepted.
- A 25% service fee will be applied to all returns.
Return of Brand-New Merchandise:
To qualify for a refund, items must:
- Be unused.
- Be in their original packaging, which must also be in new condition.
- Include all parts, warranty and registration cards, instructions, and any special packaging.
- Be mailed with a return authorization no later than 24 hours from the date received.
Notice:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received in its original, new condition.
- For items shipped under the “Free Shipping” program, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Return of Defective Merchandise:
Each manufacturer has its own policy regarding defective merchandise. In many cases, we can accept a defective product and ship a replacement. However, some manufacturers require that you deal directly with them. We will work with you to ensure that your defective item is replaced as quickly as possible.
Shipping Damages
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to send out a replacement promptly.
Damage Claims:
A damage claim will be filed with the carrier. The carrier may request that you hold onto both the damaged items and the packaging for inspection for up to 7 business days from the date you report the damage. If the carrier does not collect the items within this period, you may dispose of them. Whenever possible, please take digital photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be canceled without penalty (except for special orders and custom equipment) prior to shipping. If an order is canceled after shipment or if delivery is refused, we will refund the product price minus all applicable shipping fees (including return shipping and any additional carrier charges).
Failed Delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, re-delivery can be attempted or the order may be canceled. In either case, all applicable shipping fees will be charged to your account.
Terms and Price Changes
We reserve the right to change these policies and pricing at any time without prior written notice.
MAP Pricing
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is listed for each product on our price list. It is essential that our network of dealers adhere to this policy to maintain a fair playing field. Sea Side Aquatics will continue to enforce this policy, and any violations will be addressed immediately. Continuous violations may lead to the termination of your dealer account.
